Job description

Title: HUMINT Targeting Instructor Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Responsibilities: Instruct the entire range of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies Coordinate with guest lecturers and ensure that all instruction and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete
Understand HUMINT Targeting and DoD policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements
Understand the career development track of HUMINT Targeting Officers
Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in the HUMINT training curriculum in accordance with established procedures
Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats in accordance with established course standards and procedures
Identify areas of material, methods, aids used, or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on formal or informal student evaluations.
In coordination with DoD supervision, maintain contact with SMEs in order to anticipate changes that shall affect training materials Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies or related field preferred
DoD experience as a certified HUMINT professional with a minimum of four (4) years' applied experience in HUMINT Targeting, conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysis Extensive knowledge of HUMINT operations to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets
Solid understanding of and ability to instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations
Graduate of a recognized IC level HUMINT Targeting course, such as JHATC, OHTC, TCB or IC school equivalent; completion of OHTC, TNPC highly desired
