HUMINT Targeting Specialist- Mid Location District of Columbia, Washington Department RECRUITING Employment Duration Full Time Title: Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Specialist Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraph Ready to dive deep into complex intelligence operations and make a direct impact? At Celestar Corporation, we're looking for a talented Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Specialist who's ready to take their skills to the next level. If you're excited about the intricacies of HUMINT targeting and are motivated to support high-priority operations, this role is for you! What You'll Be Doing: Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support focused on high-value hard targets. Your analysis will drive operational planning and enhance target knowledge to align with valid HUMINT requirements. Help steer HUMINT collection operations with your insights, identifying critical nodes in networks and using cutting-edge methodologies to pinpoint potential targets. Work across the multi-INT community to supercharge targeting efforts and operational success. Dive into intelligence databases like TAC, TIDE, and SIGINT to produce targeting packages (TP) that fuel impactful field operations. You'll track your progress and stay on top of production with client systems. Research, assess, and recommend targets for HUMINT collection activities using creative and unique approaches. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 8+ years HUMINT Targeting experience. We're looking for certifications from courses like the Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course, or the Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC). Title 50 equivalents work too! You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, tackling multiple tasks like a pro. Got a background in supporting or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT ops? Maybe even with TF or SOF? That's exactly what we're after. If you've worked on Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Targets (non-CT), we'd love to hear about it. A TS/SCI with CI polygraph is a must. Why Join Us?
