Job Number: R IT Program Manager
Key Role: Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies. Basic Qualifications: Experience delivering multi-disciplinary IT strategy, planning, implementation, and performance analysis to DIA missions
Experience with a wide range of DIA IT mission activities, including infrastructure, data, and applications
Experience with program and project management to ensure on-time delivery
Knowledge of user experiences
Knowledge of strategic planning, including refining vision statements, evolving organizational constructs to improve product and service delivery
Ability to utilize an innovative mindset that applies to business, delivery, and solution models
Ability to plan strategies, create and track strategy implementation, track plans, activities, and milestones, coordinate activities and deliverables across the program team members, and report to executive leadership
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in IT program management, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in IT program management Additional Qualifications: Experience with performance management improvement support, including workforce training
Experience maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule
Experience with investment management cost centers, life cycle costs, and resource management
Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance ( GRC ) management to ensure that projects support appropriate policy , risk standards, and compliance requirements
Knowledge of vendor management to ensure that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
