Location:FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC
Overview: The Management and Program Analyst (MPA) III core function will be to provide front office support to the client's criminal intelligence program. The analyst should be a strong writer with experience preparing documents, letters, reports, etc., and possess research and analysis skills. The analyst will prepare and maintain staffing level reports; time and attendance reports for executive management; as well as compose administrative forms and prepare performance reviews and maintain budget reports. The analyst will maintain inventory reports and serve as a SharePoint content manager; managing requests, uploading presentations, creating additional SharePoint sites upon request, and ensuring the client sites are up-to-date. Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required. Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a US gov't CI Polygraph examination if successful USIC CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience with no degree
Strong research,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in preparing presentation materials.
Experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience producing varied written documentation products. Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problems.
Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations.
Possesses strong data analysis skills and has the ability to analyze large data sets.
Experience planning workshops and information sessions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for the degree.
