Job description
Mid Technical Account Manager This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance or the ability to obtain a TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered. As a Mid Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will support customer journeys through DevSecOps CI/CD processes, serving as a key technical liaison and ensuring customer success. This role combines technical expertise in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines with strong customer engagement and support. You'll manage escalations, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of various customer projects. A deep understanding of DevSecOps, cloud systems, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Mid Technical Account Manager Responsibilities Include: Act as a technical sales engineer, supporting DevSecOps CI/CD processes and ensuring customer success. Manage customer escalations and facilitate smooth customer journeys through complex lifecycle stages (e.g., Party Bus, Big Bang, CNAP). Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of DevSecOps solutions. Provide expertise in source version control, build/release tools, and CI/CD methodologies. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) solutions using tools like Jenkins, Packer, Terraform, and Ansible. Engage with cloud systems and architectures such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for development. Serve as a generalist for DevSecOps, working on multiple complex tasks with autonomy and creativity. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Mid Technical Account Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience TS/SCI clearance required or the ability to obtain one U.S. Citizenship required 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline management. Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience in software development with Java, Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Familiarity with microservice architectures (REST, JMS, AMQP) and Linux scripting (Bash, Python). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Istio and a strong security-first mindset. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and learn new technologies quickly. Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
