Job description

One Federal solution is seeking a motivated Parking Program Support Specialist to support our Government Client in Washington, DC. The Parking Program Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a Parking Program, which includes seven parking facilities. Daily duties will include but are not limited to the following: Task and Duties:
Issuance of parking program invoices and permits, reconcile payments received, issue refunds, and promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer service.
Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of the government manager.
Conduct daily garage surveys, and issue infractions and authorize ticketing and/or towing for violations.
Create and assist with reports related to the GSM Parking Program data calls. Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of program management experience.
Secret level clearance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to work under pressure, often with competing deadlines.
A valid Driver's License and the ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. About One Federal Solution
