Graham Technologies (GTECH) is looking for a PKI Senior System Administrator in the Washington, DC, area to join our team. The successful candidate will provide advanced support and management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, focusing on credential provisioning, system implementation, and ongoing maintenance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of PKI operations, including providing expert-level support, managing credentialing processes, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: General O&M Support Services: Perform daily operations and maintenance (O&M) of PKI systems, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of infrastructure. Tier-2 Credential Provisioning Support: Provide Tier-2 support for credential provisioning within the FBI enterprise, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely processing. NPE/System/Application/Non-User-Based Credential Provisioning: Provision and manage credentials for non-person entities (NPE), systems, applications, and other non-user-based entities, ensuring secure access and compliance with organizational policies. Credentialing System Implementation: Participate in and lead the implementation of credentialing systems, including the configuration, testing, and deployment of PKI components. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to Tier-1 provisioning staff and other stakeholders on PKI-related issues. Provisioning Ticket Queue Management: Manage the provisioning ticket queue, ensuring all tickets are addressed within the defined service level agreements (SLAs) and providing status updates to management. Provisioning Metrics Reporting: Compile and report metrics related to credential provisioning activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement to management. Support for Procurement and Management of Credentialing Supplies: Assist in the procurement and management of credentialing tokens, keys, PIV supplies, and CNSS PKI cards, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment. Required Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 4 years experience in lieu of degree. Security Clearance: Active TS, SCI eligible Experience: 5+ years of experience in PKI system administration or a similar role. Proven experience in Tier-2 support and troubleshooting PKI-related issues. Experience with credential provisioning and management for NPE, system, and application entities. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PKI infrastructure, including certificate authorities (CAs), registration authorities (RAs), and related technologies. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting PKI systems in a large enterprise environment. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Desired Skills: Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ Familiarity with customer-specific systems and security protocols.
