Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Principal Scientist/Engineer to support the Advanced Capabilities Office of DARPA. In support of DARPA and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. Requirements:
10 years of professional experience with design, development, test, and supervision of the manufacturing/integration of electrical and electronic equipment, to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of
C4ISR or similar requirements. At least seven years of experience supporting research and development (R&D) Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity
requiring unconventional or novel approaches and sophisticated research techniques. Demonstrated ability of make decisions independently on research and development (R&D) engineering problems and methods, and of resolve important questions and of plan and coordinate work. Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices for each lead of the four functional areas (Intelligence and Mission Capabilities, Architecture, Applications, and Mission Integration). At least three (3) years of experience working in DARPA or similar organization is highly desirable. Experience in support of DARPA requirements may be applied in lieu of experience with C4ISR requirements. Education: Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of Masters degree.
