Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Principle IT Advisor to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Office of Information Technology and Data Innovation (IDTI). The ARPA-H mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. In support of ARPA-H and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct technology research, project reporting and oversight, administrative duties, meeting attendance. 2. Serve as Lead strategic advisor to Head of Customer Delivery which encompasses enterprise software development, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams. Requirements: 1. 15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions. Preferred 10+ in federal space (DoD or NIH). 2. Demonstrable success leading complex information technology initiatives requiring collaboration from multiple stakeholders including business users, technology partners, consultants, and technology staff. 3. Prior support to a PM in an ARPA environment is preferred - familiarity with supporting government in IT enterprise capacity. 4. Experience with: MSFT, AWS and Google cloud platforms, Atlassian suite, workplace modernization in the federal government, Palantir, SDLC, DevOps, solution architecture, web application development, Agile methodologies, and Product management.
