Job description

This is a future position that may come open but is not open at the present moment. We are willing to prescreen personnel for these positions if you are interested. This position has an alternate location in Colorado Springs, CO. Program Analyst Level 4: Develops project schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements. Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements. Performs business development activities. Participates in special projects as required. May provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities. May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts. May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts. May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager). Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area. Education and Experience: HSD/GEDyrs Associatesyrs Bachelors+8yrs Masters+6yrs PhD+4yrs NOTE: Relevant professional certifications will be considered equivalent to six (6) months of relevant experience. Training: Incident Detect Team Members: GIAC Continuous Monitoring (GMON) or equivalent / Splunk Core Certified User / DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Analyst (CND-A) Baseline Certification Incident Response Team Members: GIAC Continuous Monitoring (GMON) or equivalent / Splunk Core Certified User / DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Incident Responder (CND-IR) Baseline Certification Defense Countermeasure Team Members: GIAC Continuous Monitoring (GMON) or equivalent DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Infrastructure Support (CND-IS) Baseline Certification Malware Analysis Team Members: GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) or equivalent DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Analyst (CND-A) Baseline Certification Cyber Defense Fusion Team Members: GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) or equivalent DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Analyst (CND-A) Baseline Certification Security Auditing Team Members: DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M IAT Level III Baseline Certification DoDD 8140/DoD 8570.01M CNDSP Auditor (CND-AU) Baseline Certification.
