Job description

Position Description - REQUIRED FIELD Responsible for performing the software quality assurance (QA) functions across multiple teams,
products, and platforms within the project.
- Review test strategies for multiple software workstreams within the project.
-Tests software programs to compare to specifications and documentation.
- Identifies, analyzes, and documents defects, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions,
outputs, and content across the SF solution
- Recommends program improvements or revisions to programmers and system analysis
-Participate in software quality assurance effort across various work-streams.
- Review test strategies, encourage the development of new test strategies, and maintain a continuous
improvement environment to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication across departments and divisions to develop needs analysis,
requirements, and operational planning.
-Ensure the delivery of high-quality products while adhering agile software development practices.
- Review test plans, test results, risk analysis and release documentation.
- Effectively collaborate with internal/external customers and recommend solutions and best practices.
- Assists in facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Operational Community, end users,
and Product Leads Required Skills - in order of importance with years of experience needed
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
-Skilled in creating user stories, test plans, test cases, and test results reports.
-Proven knowledge of test types and strategies, including unit, integration, system, end-user,
performance, stress, endurance, non-functional, negative/fuzz, manual and automated required.
-Adept with distributed application models, system integration, and troubleshooting required.
-Excellent Documentation Skills and experience operating under Document Control required.
- Experience in Jira for backlog and workflow management + defect management.
Preferred Skills - with years of experience needed
-Understanding of automated testing frameworks, goals, limitations, and strategies desired.
-Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing associated project and test toolsets preferred.
- Experience with SF strongly preferred.
