Title Real Property Planning Analyst Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Real Property Planning Analyst with a minimum of ten (10) years of general experience in the functional areas listed below. Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to: Assist with preparing DHS's Capital Facilities Investment Plan (CFIP) and its resulting budget plan and projects; ensure the CFIP is in alignment with related real property portfolio planning requirements; and use a standardized process to rank and prioritize investment projects. Assist with preparing and submitting the Real Property Capital Plan outlined in the DHS Instructions and OMB's A-11, Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget - Capital Programming Guide Analyze a wide range of complex program and real property activities including setting and managing program goals and strategies for the agency's real property program. Assist with out-year planning for lease expirations and renewals. Evaluate and facilitate Component consolidations and collocations, and coordinate Future of Work implementation and reporting. Support the development of real property long-range planning for all four (4) lines of business. (Deliverable 5.2.3.1 10-Year Facility Plan) Analyze and evaluate CBP real property using field outreach practices to increase field efficiency efforts, and increased field site visits based on the DHS Employee Basic Needs and Future of Work initiatives.Requirements of this position shall include: Experience building Statement of Works/Performance Work Statements and procurement packages. Bachelor's degree in business, or business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management, software or systems engineering. Ability to utilize office automation hardware, and software applications in the preparation of written documentation, databases, spreadsheets, and briefing presentations etc.Desired Qualifications for this position shall include: Experience working with DOD or IC acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects The ability to effectively comprehend and convey information with and from others in writing and verbal communications.
