Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide reception for visitors at the 555 facilities; Provide reception and logistics support for events and conferences, including proper access; Sort, log, and route incoming and outgoing correspondence; Conduct inventory for office supplies and equipment; Identify and convey maintenance needs to OAF leadership; Conduct regular rounds of assigned floors ensuring space is well maintained and stocked with supplies; Shipping products and equipment as directed; Maintain records and trackers of actions including but not limited to trackers for mail, inventory, and building fobs; Other administrative tasks supporting finance and operations; Other duties as assigned. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience: BS 0+ Years or HS 4+ Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communications skills - written and verbal Required to have US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance for the duration of your employment. Required to be in person to perform the required duties for this role. Additional Qualifications and Requirements Ability to use office programs such as Google and Microsoft suites. Ability to move 25 lbs. of supplies, tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed for use of conference space. Full pay range for this position is $58,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
