Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Operator to work in a hybrid capacity in Washington, DC. Qualified candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Perform Red Team exercises in support of the Administrative Office of the US Courts. Apply exploitation techniques and conduct spear-phishing campaigns to gain access to the US Courts' internal computer systems Conduct post-exploitation actions to meet exercise objectives and goals Conduct penetration testing for various federal courthouses to gain access to internal networks Use code and commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) exploitation frameworks to bypass and penetrate network and system defenses. Comply with the unique Rules of Engagement (ROE) that is provided for each exercise along with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Red Team operations. Securely configure, deploy, and troubleshoot in Windows, and MacOS Apply Red Team tradecraft while conducting exercises. Work alongside other Red Team Operators to fulfill customer's needs Qualifications Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a hands-on Penetration Testing role Prior experience in direct computer network exploitation/attack operations Have a working knowledge of the following: Cobalt Strike, and Kali Linux Scripting/programming knowledge in Python, C#, PHP, Perl, Ruby, and Bash Prior experience writing cybersecurity assessment reports Prior experience with network technologies and protocols (OSI model, routing, building, and troubleshooting networks) Obtain a Certified Red Team Operator certification within 3 months of starting OSCP and/or GPEN certifications are preferred, but not required Prior experience with Living-Off-the-Land (LOTL) cyberattack tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements 10% COMPENSATION: $135K-$150K (Depending on experience)
