Job description

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and delivering sales presentations that result in profitable sales growth. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to meet or exceed the companys sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads:

Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, networking, and marketing leads.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Address client needs, complaints, or concerns and work to provide solutions.
Sales Presentations and Pitches:

Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the companys products/services.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales.
Achieve Sales Targets:

Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and revenue targets as set by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in CRM systems.
Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors offerings to enhance the sales strategy.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of products/services.
Coordinate with the technical team for product customization or specific client requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts, results, and insights.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales progress in CRM software.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in specific industry .
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
