We need a Scrum Master like you to help us accomplish critical tasks that will modernize IC client cyber security infrastructure. On our team, you'll utilize industry best practices to solve exceptionally complex, inter-discipline, inter-organizational, and sizable client challenges. You'll work individually and as a key member of a contract delivery leadership team. You'll oversee and monitor performance across several disciplines and when required, take steps to resolve issues. You'll provide expert guidance and direction to Government and Vendor senior-level te chn i cia ns and managers and direct multiple contractor and subcontractors teams through to project completion. As a Scrum Master on our team, you will grow your experience in tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve data protection and security for our client. You Have: 7+ years of experience with Agile project management, lean development principles, and Scrum practices, including point estimations, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and requirements gathering sessions
Experience prioritizing tasks for multiple teams working separate workstreams, to expedite the delivery of project milestones and feature releases
Experience de-conflicting sprint goals and requirements, as necessary Experience utilizing tools to analyze Epic, Feature, and Story data, driving high performance across teams Experience with DevSecOps, CI / CD, and IaC / CaC
Experience with leading teams, client delivery, and facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders in both virtual and in-person environments
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience c ond ucting or supporting cyber engineering projects and activities, Asso cia te's degree and 10+ years of experience c ond ucting or supporting cyber engineering projects and activities, Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience c ond ucting or supporting cyber engineering projects and activities, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience c ond ucting or supporting cyber engineering projects and activities
DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Te chn i cia n ( IAT ) Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider ( CSSP ) - Infrastructure Support ( IS ) certification, including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND within 30 days of start date Nice If You Have: Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Experience with Agile project management tools, including JIRA and Confluence Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
