Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney Airport Projects and Commercial Transactions

Location: New York, NY (Full-time positions also available in Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC)

Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven, creative, and collaborative Senior Associate Attorney to join our projects-oriented team. The successful candidate will play a key role in our nationwide Airports practice, specializing in Public-Private Partnerships and Alternative Project Delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners on complex airport commercial transactions and navigate intricate federal regulatory matters.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant transactional or regulatory experience.
Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing complex legal documents.
Proven ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
Skills:

Exceptional writing, legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to tackle complex legal and business issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Licensing:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (preference for CO, NY, DC, or CA).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with federal regulatory frameworks related to airports or transportation regulations.
Background in crafting tailored agreements for innovative commercial transactions.
Familiarity with airport operations, airport law, or aviation-related legal issues.
A demonstrated interest in public infrastructure, aviation, transportation, and public policy.
An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a collegial, team-oriented approach.
