Currently, ManTech seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager (Sr. IT Analyst) with a background in the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks and technology assignments. Responsibilities: Plan and lead major technology assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. Responsible for all budget activities within a Program Office. Support financial and budgetary activities as determined by the budget director. Develop descriptive detailed briefings to defend program funding requirements. Prepare total program budget exhibits for presentation. Build, maintain, track, and update spend plans and execution deliverables for funding actions using required systems. Generate monthly budget execution review with financial documentation to capture current and forecasted financial data Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree An active certification in either SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Government Practitioner (SGP) A minimum of (8) eight years of experience A minimum of (6) six years of proven experience in all phases of an SDLC (Waterfall and Agile) with systems of similar size, scope, complexity, and environments as in Consular Systems and Technology (CST) . A minimum of (3) three years of experience with scrum on a large scale Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IBM Collaborative Life Cycle Management (CLM) or similar tools. Experience with developing and decomposing epics, features, and user stories down to detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements. A minimum of (4) four years of supervision experience of technical teams of similar size and complexity as the teams for which they are proposed. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen A current Top-Secret (TS) clearance Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700.00-$170,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
