Senior Program Manager/Agile SME Washington DC Marathon TS seeks a highly motivated professional to fill our new Senior Program Manager/Agile SME need, leading our Transportation Security Administration (TSA) delivery and play a larger role assisting our overall Department of Homeland Security (Client) account in the greater Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have small business experience managing and growing Salesforce and/or Microsoft delivery teams, experience leading Agile / DevSecOps cross-functional delivery teams, and deep customer relationships at the TSA and other components at Client. This hybrid role includes billable work, management of TSA and Client accounts, and business development activities. Candidates must live in the greater DMV area for occasional onsite government work and meetings. Candidate will provide day-to-day management and oversight of Client service delivery in areas such as SaaS/PaaS Implementation (specifically Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps), Application/Software Development, and Data Analytics and Visualization. Ideally the candidate would also have experience automating business processes and in supporting technologies (e.g., UI Path, Power Automate). YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible and accountable for the operational delivery of our Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps work across our Homeland Security sector customers, starting with TSA. Meet regularly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, identify risks, and facilitate resolutions with customer and direct reports. Provide support for homeland security sales pipeline development, capture activities, and technical solution development. Provide management and oversight of service delivery in areas such as SaaS/PaaS Implementation (specifically Salesforce and Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps), Application/Software Development, and Data Analytics and Visualization. Develop and maintain close relationships with Homeland Security clients. Support high-quality delivery, customer relationship management, recruiting, capture, and sales efforts. Communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Utilize knowledge of government IT contracting, acquisition trends, and federal customer buying behaviors. Shape proposal criteria to maximize scoring and develop winning proposals. Mentor practitioners to help them navigate rewarding careers REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 10 years of experience with management of IT delivery teams, business development, and proposal development in the Homeland Security market. Preference given to those who have a background working within small or medium-sized businesses. 5 years experience managing and delivering Salesforce and/or Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps implementation projects in the Federal IT market. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college, university, or academic institution in the United States. Possess one or more of the following certifications: PMI PMP, PMI ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Deep customer relationships within the Homeland Security market, preferably within TSA or one of its related components. Experience with all aspects of capture management, including developing and submitting winning proposals. Domain technical expertise in Salesforce and/or Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps, in addition to formal management education and experience. Proven knowledge of Client customer mission requirements and IT buying habits. Strong leadership, business ethics, and negotiation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to shape Section L and Section M criteria to maximize scoring Strong proposal development expertise with color reviews, developing win themes, discriminators, value propositions and embedding this in the finished proposal product Ability to multitask and manage multiple capture actions of small to large IT focused opportunities across multiple customers, multiple capabilities, and multiple locations as prime and as a subcontractor. CLEARANCE Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and be required to pass a government Public Trust background investigation.
