Overview LMI is currently seeking a Senior-Level Technical Operations Advisor with TS/SCI clearance (with polygraph) and more than 15 years of experience in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and/or Intelligence Community. Responsibilities The senior level candidate will have had leadership roles on several project teams which were focused in the areas listed below or have played key Subject Matter Expert roles on critical projects. They will have successfully identified new opportunities where skills were applied to address pressing client mission needs. Technical Solutions Technical Assessments Emerging Technology and Innovation Candidates will have supported initiatives across multiple IC organizational components, and must possess strong client, written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have direct experience in several of the following technical disciplines, and be able to describe successful client results which flowed from the application of their efforts in these areas: Technology Assessments Clandestine and Covert Communication technologies and application Technical Collection Platforms Collection Requirements and Development (National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF) Project Integration Systems Engineering Portfolio Management Technical Policy Development Intelligence Community Policy Development Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Fifteen years within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and/or Intelligence Community Demonstrated on-the-job experience and expertise in technical operations, technical collection and technical services. This includes technical assessment, gaps/needs assessments, how to identify required changes, posit multiple solutions, and provide guidance to senior executives that will affect outcomes. Demonstrated on-the-job experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Target salary range: $104,040 - $183,600. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
