Position Title: ServiceNow Platform Administrator/ENT Tools Lead Position Location: Washington DC Position Description:
Inserso is seeking a candidate to join our team to provide mission-critical support as our ServiceNow Platform Administrator/ENT Tools Lead. Responsibilities: Administering and maintaining ServiceNow for environments of similar size, scope, and complexity as the client.
• Troubleshooting ServiceNow and providing product support for the platform.
• Generate daily- or ad-hoc-occurring tasks inherent to overseeing an enterprise application, such as administration of user accounts, groups, roles, lookup table data, and Service Catalog items.
• Creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs and record lists.
• Administering and maintaining all non-ServiceNow technologies which are involved in successfully operating the ServiceNow solution,
including but not limited to:
• Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Enterprise-grade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Any other technologies necessary to operate ServiceNow, such as middleware, web
server software, web application server software, etc. • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically for customer governance models, Service Level Objectives and mission needs. • Design infrastructure and data flow architecture for new and existing ServiceNow solutions. • Lead a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M • Lead ServiceNow developments via methods such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc. • Develop integrations to/from ServiceNow and third-party tools using web services or other methods • Applying a broad range of IT system architecture, engineering, and integration across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions. Required Skills/Experience: • Must be a U.S. citizen. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology, or 4 years of hands-on technical experience in the IT industry. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification • ITIL 4 Foundation certification • Understanding of best practice frameworks such as ITIL • Experience working in a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M. • Demonstrated expertise in IT system architecture, engineering, and integration; and the ability to apply this expertise across a broad portfolio of IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions. • Experience working in a trusted solution advisor role and interfacing directly with clients. Preferred Skills/Experience: • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology, Required Clearance: • This position requires a Secret clearance based on the possible interaction with classified information.
