The Opportunity: Looking for an opportunity to leverage your Human Capital experience to help organizations understand and motivate their people? Looking to grow into a leader? Our team is looking for someone versed in human capital, workforce planning, and industrial-organizational psychology. You will use your experience and expertise to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions to clients in a variety of contexts across the Human Capital lifecycle. You must have interest and demonstrate strong experience in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data both quantitative and qualitative, as well as clearly communicating your findings to senior client leaders. You Have: 5+ years of experience with human capital, workforce planning, or industrial and organizational psychology 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing organizational or workforce-focused data 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including the development of reports in PowerPoint and Word and analyzing data in Excel 1+ years of experience leading small teams Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice to Have: 2+ years of experience supporting federal agencies, programs, and clients 2+ years of experience with designing and leading data gathering activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys 2+ years of experience with organizational effectiveness, organizational design and alignment, or organizational culture Master's degree Change Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
