Still family-owned and operated, they foster a welcoming, inclusive, and family-first culture while continuing to expand. A significant portion of their work comes from repeat clients and occurs in highly sensitive, occupied environments. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Superintendent with occupied healthcare experience.

Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - NoVA, DC, MD will be responsible for:

  • managing day-to-day on-site construction activities
  • ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans
  • coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
  • working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules
  • monitoring project budgets and expenses
  • identifying and resolving issues

Profile

The Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - NoVA, DC, MD will have:

  • at least 5 years of experience as a construction Superintendent
  • occupied healthcare project experience highly preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong organizational skills
