Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented TDP Triage Specialist to join our team in the DMV area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The TDP Triage Specialist works with the PMO to handle the processing of new Technical Direction Letter (TDL) requests from the customer in order to create draft Technical Direction Plans (TDPs) for Government review and comment. They enter the requests into ServiceNow and track and coordinate responses from internal resources, partners, and vendors. They utilize AI tools to assist with the analysis of customer requirements and to create draft responses. The TDP Triage Specialist supervises and mentors subordinate project and staff. Basic Qualifications: High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 5 years of position-specific relevant experience. Experience with requirements analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ServiceNow. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Must have an active an active Top Secret clearance Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
