FULL-TIME, PART-TIME or PRN Emergency/Urgent Care/Family Experienced (NEW GRADS considered) Physicians - Physician Assistants - Nurse Practitioners
- Washington, D.C., Region: Capitol Hill; Adams Morgan; Alexandria, VA; Bethesda, MD; Chevy Chase, MD; Silver Spring, MD; and Hyattsville, MD
We are looking for providers to manage acute walk-in urgent cases and minor procedures. Procedures include, but are not limited to, suturing, fracture care/splinting, I&Ds, interpreting EKGs, and wet reading X-rays (all films are read by a radiologist). We have an on-site, low-complexity lab for point of care testing, most sites have a full x-ray suite and amazing support staff. We are open 12 hours daily and shift lengths may vary.
As part of the MedStar Health System, we strive to offer patients personalized care in our community-based offices, as well as access to the latest medical advances and treatments available throughout our system. Our providers have on site access to pediatric, emergency medicine and cardiologist teleconsultant providers, so they are always supported. MedStar s network of nine emergency departments, broad network of primary care and sub-specialists gives our patients excellent continuity of care. Our referral management program also supports our patient's in assisting with obtaining quick access to primary care and specialist follow up.
This position has a hiring range of $121,680 - $174,720
