Overview:
Come join MDVIP as an Associate Performance Marketing Campaign Manager. This is a corporate based role, however a hybrid corporate office and work from home schedule may be available based on position and departmental needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least two plus years' experience managing campaigns across paid media channels such as Google/Bing Paid search, Facebook/Social Media, YouTube, and Display/Awareness. They will be able to "hit the ground running" to manage these large scale, multifaceted performance marketing campaigns (B2C/B2B Focused) supporting the customer journey. The candidate should be data-focused; familiar with the marketing funnel and understand how to reach people at each stage of it. In addition, they must demonstrate excellent communication skills, and enjoy creative collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners. In addition to demonstrating proficiency in advertising and marketing principles and best practices, they are able to evaluate and implement the most cost-effective paid media solutions for MDVIP. The role works closely with internal Digital Marketing staff and collaborates extensively with other departments and vendors to support various business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Working in conjunction with internal and agency partners, implement, manage and optimize performance marketing campaign (B2C/B2B) in acquisition channels (i.e. display, PPC, Social and Native advertising). Ensures a consistent customer experience across these channels through persona-based messaging and campaign elements (ad, landing page, etc.). Implements and manages proper tracking, campaign structure, and targeting to deliver end to end attribution and performance analytics.
Project Management: Manage the full campaign development life cycle from initial campaign opportunity or need through to implementation/launch. Develops campaign proposal, creative brief, and campaign strategy. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to define goals, commitment to timelines and deliverables. Ensures legal and compliance related needs are met before implementation.
Performance Management: Review and manage results to define the outcome of performance marketing campaigns. Core areas include advertising, web traffic, pipeline, and budgetary/financial performance. Provide clear insights utilizing this data to create and support recommendations to improve efficiency as well as to find trends to capitalize on growing the output of performance marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Management, Business or similar/relevant from four-year college or university or equivalent and two years related experience or a combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar corporate role focused on Digital Marketing performing similar duties.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role focused on digital marketing, analysis or campaign management (or similar) is required.
Has a strong understanding, and previous experience working with campaigns across the various digital marketing channels. This includes implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns. Additionally, understanding the success metrics in each medium and how they correlate to business goals.
Analytical abilities are required, with a demonstrated ability to be given a high-level data analysis problem - and be able to develop an actionable and accurate report in a consistent and repeatable format is required. Attention to detail as well as a clear understanding of statistical measurement is required. Financial analysis experience is preferred, but not required.
Demonstrated proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Excel is required. Experience using PowerBI or other similar BI platforms desired, with PowerBI certification offered in the first year. Prior use of Salesforce or other CRMs is required.
Has an understanding of ABM focused campaign creation and management.
Has an understanding of customer segmentation and personalization utilizing persona or customer types.
Experience with a marketing automation tool such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is helpful but not required.
General technical knowledge of websites, email, and web management platforms is desired.
Certificates and Licenses:
Google Analytics, PowerBI or relevant Digital Marketing Certifications are preferred, but not required at time of hire, but may be required within first year of employment.
