Memory Care Director

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Memory Care Program, designing and implementing meaningful activities that enrich the lives of our residents. You'll work closely with families, staff, and the community to create a nurturing space that feels like home. As a leader, you will coach and train your team, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate engaging, individualized programs for Memory Care residents

Collaborate with other departments to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs

Provide ongoing education and training to memory care staff on best practices in dementia care

Build supportive relationships with residents' families and the local Alzheimer's Association

Oversee staffing, budget management, and quality assurance for the Memory Care Program

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1 year of management experience in dementia care

1 year of supervisory experience, including hiring, performance management, and staff training

Strong knowledge of dementia care regulations and a deep understanding of older adults' needs

Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
