With integrity, a solid work ethic and empathy for older adults, you can create a long, satisfying, and fruitful career at Freedom Village of Bradenton About this role: The Director of Innovative Home Services oversees the private duty program at Freedom Village of Bradenton, a senior living community. As a life care community, our residents have options to support them as health needs change, and Innovative Home Services (IHS) private duty is an important part of the care provided on our campus. The IHS Director: Provides leadership in the objectives, standards of care, and policies affecting the agency and the community. Directly oversees the skilled nursing program. Performs nursing assessments, supervisory visits, and skilled nursing services. Coordinates and oversees client services provided by agency personnel to ensure quality and safe delivery of services provided. Determines private duty needs and assigns appropriate personnel in collaboration with the IHS Manager. Communicates with clients, family members, community leadership, associates, and referral sources. Maintains an ongoing marketing plan to increase utilization of services. Recruits, hires, evaluates, and terminates agency personnel. Oversees associate training program including competencies and skills development. Manages business operations with support of community team. Participates on the community Leadership Team. Evaluates agency performance via QA programs, productivity, quarterly and annual reviews, and satisfaction surveys. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of agency personnel. Qualifications: Current RN license. Current CPR certification. Two years of management experience in a private duty or related organization preferred. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Has excellent customer service and communication skills. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations. Salary: $100,00-$105,000 per year plus bonus EEO Employer
