Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, payment applications, and timely collections. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Manage customer payments and apply them accurately to accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain consistent communication with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to monitor overdue payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts receivable records.

Qualifications desired for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Location: Clearwater, FL. Full-time, on-site.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
