Toyota of Clermont is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to lead our Business Development Center. This individual will be responsible for hiring, managing, and training up to 10 team members who handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the sales department. Bilingual candidates are preferred due to the current market demands. Why Work here: 5-day work week Professional Work Environment Paid time-off / earn up to 2 weeks' vacation Competitive benefit package including Medical/Dental/Life Insurance and 401K Future advancement potential Very competitive salary with weekly and monthly bonus targets Job Responsibilities: Oversee all business development operations Managing all incoming and outgoing sales calls / appointments Daily Active training and mentoring of all sales representatives Setting and follow-up of all appointments Prepare and update scripts for appointment setting and follow-up calls Maintain accurate customer database Managing of all customer follow-up is in a timely and professional manner Running active reports for the department Communicate with all department managers to ensure top performance Other reasonable duties as may be requested Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years experience leading an inside sales team with responsibilities of hiring, training and developing 3+ years sales experience in inbound / outbound calling role. Knowledge of automotive industry preferred although not required Sales skills in a team environment Sales management and human relations skills Ability to drive performance through the creation of productive and fun work environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of the automotive industry Proficient computer skills Ability to work evenings until 9:00 PM (if staffing issues) Ability to work weekends as business needs dictate Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.
