We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join our Production team based in Tarsus plant. The individual directly report to Plant Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:
Planning all maintenance and repair works in the plant and the needs for men, materials, etc. related to these works.

Produces and implements preventive solutions by thoroughly analyzing the causes of breakdown and risk in order to keep the breakdown/downtime rate on target.

To take the necessary technical actions for the plant to operate in AIB and IPS standards.

To support the necessary planning for the minimum level of spare parts and consumable needs that will ensure the continuous operation of the plant.

To ensure that the necessary reports are kept for the Maintenance Activities performed.

To establish, improve and operate the necessary systems to analyze the performance of the entire maintenance team.

To plan all kinds of preventive/periodic maintenance and to take the necessary actions to minimize the downtime rates by ensuring that the planned ones are carried out.

Ensuring or supporting maintenance team work plans to be made in the most efficient way. (Overtime, Leaves, etc.)

To participate in the studies required for Crisis Management, FM Global, OHS, Quality Assurance, Environment, PEMM etc. audits, to do what is necessary, to have it done, to comply with the rules.

To implement GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, procedures and instructions, and to ensure the organization and management of the Spare Parts Warehouse.

Supporting Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance Chiefs in case of malfunctions.

Following up the requests of the Engineering Department, ensuring that the Material Acceptance and Parts Issue Processes are carried out according to W/C and related procedures.

Finding Alternative Materials and Suppliers, Supporting Purchasing and minimizing costs.

Organizing weekly meetings with other departments to ensure weekend maintenance is carried out.

To ensure that there is a flat and/or decreasing proportion between Total Warehouse Stock Level and Fix Asset Value.

To coordinate the identification of critical spare parts of newly established facilities, opening stock cards and ensuring that they are on site before the facility is put into operation.

To ensure that Spare Parts Warehouse Counts are carried out according to W/C and related procedures.

Organizing purchase requests according to expenses by keeping the Maintenance Department budget under constant control.

To ensure the creation of spare parts and consumable budgets of the Environmental Systems, Shipping and Raw Material departments and to support budget control.

To check and report the suitability of the spare parts to be recycled on a monthly basis and to ensure that they are added to the spare parts warehouse stocks.

Providing Fix Asset Management in accordance with Pepsico Fix Asset policy.

Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering or other engineering branches,

Experienced in industrial maintenance

Have a good command of English,

Proficient in MS Office applications (knowledge of EPLAN and Auto Cad is preferred),

Strong communication skills, prone to team work and customer oriented,

Result Orientation, Collaboration and Persuasion skills are high.
