Job Description:

As Customer Service Team Lead, you will working closely with the Call Center Manager to support our amazing team of CSR's, who are the first point of contact that our customers have with our brand. You will be handling some daily operational duties that will allow the team, (and you!) to flourish and hit goals. Customer service skills are a must, and you may handle some customer escalations. There are some administrative duties included in the role and some quality assurance for our representatives.

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, 40 hour position from Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as customer service manager or similar position with 20 or more customer service representatives

Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics

Solid understanding of reporting procedures

Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Knowledge of Service Titan a plus

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent leadership skills.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service

Exceptional ability to solve problems on the fly, attention to detail, analytical, efficient, thorough.
