Job description

Our client, a distinguished name in international travel, is on the lookout for a skilled Project Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives, including a customer Loyalty Program and a subscription-driven CRM platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee daily program activities in collaboration with IT and provider partners

Develop and deploy long-term strategic plans for each program

Lead organization-wide initiatives and maintain cross-functional relationships

Engage in regular ROI analysis to ensure program effectiveness

Drive email marketing campaigns and manage customer outreach

Seek out and capitalize on growth and customer satisfaction opportunities

Address and resolve inquiries from members efficiently

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in project management or program coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating visual presentations

Expertise with project management tools and campaign execution

Strong organizational and communication talents

Analytical mindset to assess program success and insights

Familiarity with Adobe tools is advantageous
