Job description

The Custom Home Superintendent will be responsible for managing the construction process of high-end residential homes. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are currently seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to oversee our residential construction projects from start to finish.

Description

  • Oversee all phases of custom home construction, including site preparation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and minimizing delays.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently to maintain project flow.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment among team members and subcontractors.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in custom home building or high-end residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
