Job description

The Project Manager will be responsible for successful delivery Luxury Waterfront Estates in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties including tracking and managing materials, sub-contractors, milestones, etc.

Our Client is a General Contractor that has an impeccable reputation for delivery Luxury Home projects from $10M to $30M.

Description

  • Direct overall project execution including estimating
  • Manage project milestone's
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plan
  • Conduct quality inspections
  • Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
  • Monitor costs, including labor time and material
  • Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
  • Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
  • Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Profile

  • 10 + years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager
  • 5+ years of Luxury Custom Single Family Home Experience
  • Luxury Home Experience: $10M - $30M each
  • Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend or MS Project
  • OSHA 30
  • Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Experience with site work through CO.
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office product
