The Construction Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

The Construction Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for the construction industry.

Description

  • Support the Project Manager in daily project operations and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues or conflicts.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction or project management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
