We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong track record in managing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion.

Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of progress and any issues.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage project risks, resolving issues that arise during construction to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Profile

  • A proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
