Job description

Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Database Marketing, the Database Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and analyses of all database marketing campaigns as well as the deployment and setup of cross property/enterprise campaigns and offers for all lines of business.

Responsibilities:
Database Duties and Responsibilities:

Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.

Develops strategic use of existing information processes and evaluates potential uses of new processes.

Supervises training of key personnel on Player's Club systems.

Coordinates system testing with IT.

Maintains policies, procedures and standards relating to database management and monitors transaction activity.

Consults with and advises users of the various existing data collection sources available and uses to support business objectives.

Performs ad hoc analysis and extracts for various operating departments.

Responsible for the overall integrity of customer data and information.

Oversees the development and production of monthly direct mail programs, including list generation, proforma's, creation of offers, creative, production, implementation and post campaign analyses.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all computer systems and applications that comprise the Player's Club system.

Provides operating reports and program analysis.

Handles guest inquiries related to promotional offers.

Develop department members' knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.

Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.

Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.

Stays abreast of the current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicates pertinent information to management, peers, direct reports and team members as appropriate.

Other duties as assigned.

Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Must be detail-oriented.

Must possess excellent time management skills.

Enterprise Responsibilities:

Responsible for execution of all tasks related to Cross Property/Enterprise for direct mail/email campaigns process for Cross Property/Enterprise Campaigns.

Responsible for gathering Enterprise campaign related approvals, communicating job details with Mail/Email vendors and internal corporate Promotion and Creative teams, data file requests and list delivery according to Cross property/Enterprise standards.

Ensuring accurate and on-time completion, fulfillment & analysis. Communicating all relevant information to properties and customer care in order to ensure smooth experience for guests.

Responsible for Cross Enterprise Offer Campaigns. Tasks will include gathering campaign specifications from SGA/Enterprise properties. Generating Data and ensuring on time delivery for Direct Mail/Email deployments.

Complete Food Offer Setups and Activations on internal proprietary Loyalty platform and ensuring accurate digital display of offers, fulfillment & analysis.

Execute Multi-property offer setups on proprietary Loyalty platform for high end VIP events.

Responsible for the coordination with corporate brand/creative and corporate promotion teams to ensure timeliness of execution of all internal components of the campaign.

Responsible for communication with external vendors for DM/EM deployment.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Marketing required and at least three (3) years casino database experience required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required.

Proven ability to write database extract queries using SQL or a similar tool and work with mail merge and address cleansing products.

Proficient skill and prior experience with a Customer Management System required. (CMP, ACSC, etc).
