WHO WE ARE:
Manage assigned Case Management and Health Navigation programs and staff within the Client Services Department, in accordance with policies and regulations. The position will assist the Director in managing all aspects of the assigned program and department activities and staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, evaluate and implement program quality assurance, improvement and clinical integrity through chart reviews, surveys, policy and procedure revision and other applicable means
Provide input, oversight and monitoring to program activities, including development of collaborating agencies and sites for intervention/prevention activities
Monitors and supports clinical competencies through accepted discipline supervision standards.
Supervise daily activities of assigned staff and implementation of evidenced based models
Maintains appropriate staffing patterns with qualified personnel, supervision and training.
Assess, develop, locate and track training needs for program staff.
Monitoring program productivity, outcomes and service delivery goals
Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of program services, initiatives, procedures and standards.
Attend and Facilitate community, program meetings, staff meetings and trainings as determined by Director
Maintains databases, data tracking systems and reports in accordance with agency and program, licensing and accreditation standards
Address and document client and provider concerns prior to the grievance procedure and Director Involvement.
Represent the agency at community forums and provider consortia
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Advanced knowledge of HIV disease, intervention and prevention.
Advance Knowledge of Case Management skills
Knowledge of Substance Abuse/Mental Health intervention and prevention.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, collaborating agencies and the public
Ability to demonstrate and model culturally competent behavior
Moderate to advanced computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Multiple Databases, Scheduling Programs
Basic math skills required: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Basic office equipment operation skills
Ability to work under pressure and to assess changing priorities and competing deadlines is essential
Flexibility and ability to cope with several tasks simultaneously
Must be physically and mentally fit to respond to emergency situations.
POSITIONS SUPERVISED:
Supervision of Program Assigned Programmatic Staff, including Reception
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in the Behavioral Health Sciences or related field from an accredited university or college.
One year of program management and/or staff supervision
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
HIV 500
Valid Florida Drivers License and ongoing proof of insurance required
Must have reliable transportation for work related activities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Some physical effort may be required to push, move and lift light objects less than 20 pounds. Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard, with extended periods of visual concentration.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Indoor, air-conditioned, well ventilated environment. Position may require time outside in the field with adverse weather conditions
