Pursuit Software We are looking for talented and motivated Full Time Software Sales Executives. As a software sales executive, your role revolves around selling software solutions to businesses. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role: Responsibilities: 1. Minimum 0-3 yrs exp in selling staff augmentation services related to Application Software Development. 2. Experience working with medium - size (100M - 300M revenue) software staff augmentation company. 3. Generating Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. 4. Understanding Customer Needs: Listen to customer requirements and tailor software solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges. 5. Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. 6. Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. Skills: 3. Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating the value proposition of the software to potential customers. 4. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company. 5. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines. Currently residing in the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton/Miami area. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Fresh Graduates with basic IT knowledge can apply, we will train.
