Job description

PrideStaff is searching for a Administrative Assistant / Permit Clerk for a busy client in the Fort Myers area. This is a temp-to-hire position.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience in an administrative role, answering phones, data entry and the permitting process.


Location: Fort Myers, FL

Shift: Monday through Friday; 8am to 5pm

Salary: $19 - $20 / hr. (Depending on Experience)


Administrative Assistant / Permit Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing to the right department
  • Entering and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, copying and scanning.
  • Contacting customers via phone and email
  • Facilitate the permitting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time
  • Assisting other department and other teams members as required.
