Scheduling Coordinator


We are looking for a motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our client's team. We are currently seeking applicants to manage inbound and outbound calls contacting customers to assist with their service request needs scheduling appointments for service.

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate: $15/hr. - $17/hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL


Scheduling Coordinator's Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments with current and potential clients
  • Up-sell jobs, recommend additional services where appropriate
  • Provide every customer with the highest level of customer service
  • Quickbooks (Desktop) experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
