Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of monthly financial statements (including supplemental schedules).

Bank account reconciliation of community association accounts on a monthly basis.

Invoice processing and payment disbursement to vendors.

Fielding questions related to community association financial matters.

Assisting in the investment of community association surplus funds.

Preparation of estoppel certificates for community association property sales.

Following up on delinquent accounts with statements, reminder notices, late letters, etc.

Working with Association Attorneys on delinquent accounts that require legal action.

Processing of all homeowner payments.

Responding to homeowner inquiries.

Miscellaneous:Read and comply with the Real Manage and Keystone Property Management Group's Employee Handbooks

All other tasks as assigned by manager(s)

Qualifications:
Associates degree or three years advanced accounting equivalent with experience - required

Understands GAAP

Fast paced environment

Full cycle accounting

Bank reconciliations

Experience with Quickbooks and excel

A/R & A/P experience

Good communication skills

Ability to multi task and meet deadlines

Pay and Benefits:

$55,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
