Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Obtain customer contracts and input sales orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Perform contract review of customer purchase orders and compare to company supplied proposals.

Engage with customers in a professional manner about receiving and accepting contracts and address any necessary adjustments if the contract differs from the proposal.

Develops workflows to facilitate the proper routing of contracts when necessary.

Maintain detailed and organized files.

Assist and serve as backup for the document control and sales teams.

Perform other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
