Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer, inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolved customer issues by identifying the problem, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring follow up for complete resolution
Maintaining deep understanding of company, products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance
Accurately document customer, interactions, and escalate complex issues when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a single customer experience
Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification and customer service is an advantage
