About the team

Join a dynamic team focused on driving process improvements and operational excellence across our organization. The Capital Markets Digital Transformation team work across multiple businesses and products to help drive unified solutions that accelerate the entire delivery lifecycle.

What you will be doing

Overseeing the development and implementation of process changes to maintain accelerate delivery to clients and align internal teams.

Ensuring the engineering team and other departments work together cohesively.

Leading and directing the work of assigned engineers and project teams.

Changing tools and processes to support project execution.

Managing all engineering projects and resolving engineering problems.

Ensuring continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.

What you bring

Proven experience in process engineering and project management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Added bonus if you have

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Knowledge of Capital Markets delivery standards and existing practices.

Advanced technical skills in process engineering tools and software.
