Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Vision: Set project objectives and standards, working closely with the Project Executive to ensure alignment with corporate policies and client expectations.

Execute with Excellence: Take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule goals. You'll oversee construction from start to finish, delivering healthcare projects that serve patients, staff, and the wider public.

Guide & Mentor: Lead project meetings, providing direction in planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. You'll also mentor project engineers, fostering growth in a specialized field where excellence is essential to healthcare outcomes.

Demonstrate Financial Mastery: Oversee cost control, billings, change management, and cash flow to optimize profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with healthcare partners who trust you to deliver critical infrastructure on time and within budget.

Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor safety programs, with special attention to healthcare regulations and infection control standards. Ensure projects meet strict compliance and quality requirements, protecting both workers and future healthcare occupants.

Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:

Educational Background: A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on self-perform general contracting in healthcare. Additional experience in life sciences or industrial sectors is a plus.

Project Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing on-site projects, particularly healthcare builds, with values ranging from $5-10 million.

Process Mastery: Deep understanding of construction processes and their role in delivering healthcare projects efficiently and effectively.

Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, increase profitability, and build lasting relationships with healthcare clients, positioning Danis for future projects.

Critical Thinking: Ability to navigate complex challenges, especially those unique to healthcare construction, and develop solutions that ensure project success while maintaining patient safety and facility functionality.

Working Conditions:

Spends significant time in an office or on-site job office, collaborating with management, architects, clients, and subcontractors. Working in sterile environments or active hospital settings requires strict adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols. Local travel to client and subcontractor offices is common. Regularly walks construction sites, where weather and conditions can vary, sometimes reaching extremes.
