Overview:
POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to join our Accounting division. Responsibilities will include operating account reconciliations, data entry, and other clerical duties as they relate to reconciling and bookkeeping procedures.

LOCATION

This is a hybrid position out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL (preferred) or can be 100% remote.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for reconciling and balancing operating account reconciliations (roughly 120+ accounts).

Uses reconciliation software systems and MS Excel to clear transactions and balance.

Applies creative thinking, subject matter expertise and problem solution skills to remediate discrepancies.

Understands financial concepts and applies them to reconciliation errors.

Creates and maintains valuable relationships with internal stakeholders.

Communicates effectively with internal team members and provides timely updates on relevant issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or GED.

Requires 2+ years of reconciliation, bookkeeping or banking experience (or related work experience).

Advanced Excel experience with the ability to create formulas, format and efficiently process large volumes of data.

Proficient with MS 365 applications.

Expert level attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related discipline.

Bank teller experience.

Experience working in reconciliation software systems.

Ability to maintain work priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple, concurrent tasks and projects.
