SENIOR ESTATES & TRUSTS ATTORNEY
Jacksonville, FL Miami, FL Orlando, FL Tallahassee, FL Tampa, FL


Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a sophisticated, of counsel or partner-level attorney to join their Estates & Trusts Practice Group. This position is available in Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, or Tampa.


Candidate Profile:



  • JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school with strong academic credentials.

  • Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

  • 10+ years of experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning(link removed)>
  • Expertise in advising individuals and families on tax and estate planning, financial planning, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning.

  • Strong client relationship management, project management, negotiating, and document drafting and senior review skills.

  • Experience advising executives and business owners on a broad range of corporate law matters(link removed)>
  • Commitment to understanding and solving complex business issues.

  • Large law firm experience is preferred.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation services to clients.

  • Advise on business succession planning and corporate law matters for executives and business owners.

  • Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents.

  • Mentor junior associates and work collaboratively with seasoned partners.

  • Engage in significant client contact and contribute to client development efforts.
