Job description

We're looking for a people-first leader who inspires collaboration and empowers high-performing teams to exceed expectations in a retail sales environment! An individual highly motivated to drive the business while ensuring adherence to the goal of "Making the Customer Happy the first time"


The showroom Manager leads a team to maximize the customer experience through the optimization of talent, while ensuring the highest levels of operational execution resulting in a rewarding customer experience. The role requires the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams to drive optimal performance. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 which is based on a base salary, commission, accelerator bonus and quarterly bonus based on KPI.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coaching for success by training, motivating, mentoring and positive feedback to sales staff
  • Drive sales within the showroom and optimize community outreach to gain customers and market share
  • Manage performance, develop talent and plan for succession
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in all retail operational processes and procedures
  • Ensure standards and productivity are met
  • Ensure the showroom is in-stock, priced properly, and merchandised to the provided specifications
  • Promote clear understanding of the expectations of the customer experience to staff

Necessary Drivers:

  • Set priorities and translate goals into action plans
  • Consistently pushes self and other for results, eliminates roadblocks
  • Motivate and retains the right talent to support high performance outcomes
  • Positions teams for growth and fosters a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Sets objectives and goals while translating them into concreate steps for action

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a Sales Team
  • Strong business development / entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to travel to Largo, FL for meetings and events
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
